In the Home Ribbon, click the button that says player. It is located in the far right tab. A dialog box that says Player Properties will open. There, you see a section called Title. You can change the title by putting new text in the text box, remove its visibility altogether by clicking the check box next to it, or even move it to the left or right side of the page by clicking the Sidebar dropdown menu below the title.
