First, we now offer LMS Debug Mode for Rise:
http://bit.ly/2nvXwdx Following the steps outlined in that link will show you (or your LMS Admin or your LMS contact) exactly what Rise is sending to the LMS. If you're uncomfortable trying to interpret the log, you can always send it to us and we'll be happy to lend a hand!
Another option is to test your Rise course in SCORM Cloud:
http://bit.ly/1Qz0HwU SCORM Cloud is the industry standard for LMS testing/debugging. So, if your course works on SCORM Cloud, it should work on your LMS, too. While not a "solution," knowing that your course is working on SCORM Cloud can come in handy when trying to work with your LMS vendor.
