It looks like something is up with your Internet Service Provider's DNS (Domain Name System) if that is the message you are getting.  Do you have a local IT department?  If so let them know about the message and they should be able to fix, or call your Internet Provider and let them know about the error.
If they try to say it isn't on their end you can't point them to here:
www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/.../elearning-examples.s3.amazonaws.com
As a last resort you can always try doing this:
code.google.com/.../using.html
