Rapid Prototypes and Wireframes RECAP #86: Challenge | Recap

Rapid prototypes are a great way to show your clients a rough idea of your course or selected interactions. Prototypes are also helpful for testing interaction ideas before engaging your clients and stakeholders. Thanks to everyone who participated in this week's challenge!

Remember: The challenges are always open. You can jump into this or any previous challenge anytime and we'll update the recap post to include your work.

  • Hi David!

Is this one the record holder for least submissions? It seems basic prototyping was challenging without wanting to throw some design pizzaz in the mix ; )

In terms of opening numbers, this one's slower. That doesn't mean it can't grow to become a cult favorite.

In our workshops this type of activity goes over really well. Admittedly, the production files created in the workshop are shared only in the workshop and not posted to an online gallery. I think that's the point you made regarding design pizzaz.

Either way, this is one of my favorite design challenges and I really like the examples you and others shared!
  • Ditto! I like all the challenges! Activities like this one are probably the most helpful for aspiring freelancers anyway ; )
    Onward to the next one!

After reviewing all of the provided PPT slides, it took me an hour to create this wireframe example.

Since UNLV is was mentioned, I utilized the color scheme from their website, and also used a (unsanctioned) photo from OSHA as the image for my Master slide.
