3 Ways to Embrace Constructive Failure in Your E-Learning

A while ago, I wrote a guest blog post title "The Point of Failure". This is actually an awful framing of how to look at it. The Point of Failure is actually the Point of Maximal Growth. Just as in muscle development where you are encouraged to find your point of failure to trigger growth, the first point of failure in a cognitive task is the first point where you are extending beyond your existing knowledge framework and exploring new growth. It should be encouraged, explored. This is the territory of development, anything below it is actually underdevelopment or mere maintenance.
